A joint meeting between Zueitina and NOC

On Sunday morning 07-02-2010, a meeting between Zueitina and NOC was held in the Conference Room of Zueitina. The meeting was intended to discuss the Company’s 2009 developed projects.

The meeting was attended by the following persons:

• Director General, NOC
• A Number of NOC’s Department Managers and other pertinent people
• Chairman and Members, OMC, Zueitina
• Departments’ Managers and other concerned people, Zueitina



At the beginning of the meeting, the OMC Chairman welcomed the attendees and thanked them about the continuous cooperation between the Company and NOC.

During that meeting, a number of undergoing developed projects at the various locations of the Company were discussed.

Through the video presentation show, a number of experts at the different departments of the Company provided an explanation of these projects and supported their explanation with statistics, numbers and the percentage of achievement.

Also a video show of the projects financed by NOC was presented. Among these projects is Al-Dahab Field developed project. Furthermore, the Gas Line Project (42”) which is 207 km long-from Entissar Field to Brega was p resented.

NOC’s Director General gave his appreciation about the serious and honest efforts which the Company performs in regard to these developed projects. He urged all the people who carry out these project to continue doing their best efforts for the purpose of accomplishing these strategic projects and going beyond all the impediments which they might encounter in implementing them. He also offered his thanks in relation to the monthly reports presented by the Company about the performance of the work. These reports, he stressed, are distinguished with precision and transparency. He has also confirmed the necessity of making great consideration regarding the safety systems in the various projects and oil operations.
