Zuetina Oil Terminal
- The Terminal exports crude oil and liquefied gas (LPG).
- Situated at the Gulf of Sirte- 180 km to the south west of Benghazi (approximately 850 km east of Tripoli).
- The first crude shipment was exported 0n 28 February 1968.
- The Gas Plant started operation in February 1971.
- The first LPG shipment was exported on the 29th of February 1972.
- In March 1972, the Terminal began to receive Agip crude.
The storage capacity of Zueitina Oil Terminal is, approximately, as follows:
- 6.5 million barrels of Crude oil.
- 988 thousand barrels of Naphta.
- 240 thousand barrels of liquid Butane.
- 270 thousand barrels of liquid Propane.
